      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an escalation point of contact and support team members on complex client calls
      - Proactively identify risks and efficiency improvements in current practices
      - Manage and route requests for administrative work, including client account configurations
      - Train internal and cross-functional teams on revised or new functionality
      - Monitor project activity and ensure defined processes are followed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience
      - 3+ years of experience in implementations, client service, or operational role
      - 1+ years of experience managing special projects with effective project tracking skills
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
      - Proficiency in business and communications software (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of employer systems (Classic or V5)
      - Experience in the Consumer Directed Benefits or financial industry
      - Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront and Salesforce
      - Willingness to mentor peers and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
