      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate project management for the implementation and integration of customer point of care solutions
      - Serve as the lead implementation resource, managing product installation and integration
      - Collaborate with field sales to protect key base business and identify growth opportunities
      - Develop and execute implementation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth
      - Mentor and train new staff, serving as a peer leader within the commercial organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field; associate degree acceptable with additional experience
      - 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in project management
      - Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
      - Ability to maintain consistent momentum with multiple products and implementations
      - Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support business goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of working in the healthcare field with at least 1 year in a clinical hospital position
      - Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
      - Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and process owners
      - Background in superior customer service by managing key relationships with facility stakeholders
      - Ability to confidently speak in public and lead training groups
