      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation process for clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders
      - Create and maintain tailored project plans, monitoring progress to meet or exceed client expectations
      - Collaborate with internal operational teams and external partners to ensure timely onboarding
      - Provide platform training sessions to clients, ensuring understanding of features and functionalities
      - Work closely with Customer Success to facilitate a smooth transition into go-live

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven 2-4 years of experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role
      - Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
      - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in global corporate tax, accounting, or HR is a plus
      - Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement
