      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the implementation of new clients and expansion projects to ensure client satisfaction
      - Coordinate activities and deliverables among internal teams for seamless execution of projects
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on operational aspects of the employer's solutions
      - Manage integration activities and respond to client requests during the implementation phase
      - Facilitate client feedback and collaborate with Product Development for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
      - 2-3 years of project management or software implementation experience with complex projects
      - Previous experience working directly with clients is strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) and healthcare environments
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
      - Ability to navigate dynamic technological environments
      - Previous experience in wellness or wellbeing sectors
