What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple client program implementations simultaneously, customizing project plans based on client needs
- Conduct pre-implementation, kick-off, and status calls with clients
- Utilize GuideCX software to plan and maintain implementation project plans for various clients
- Track project activities and produce executive-facing bi-weekly status reports
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, engaging with executives as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a client-facing software implementation manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven understanding of project lifecycle methodology and project management principles
- Strong sense of urgency and focus on achieving client value realization
- Experience with project management tools/software such as Smartsheet or MS Project
