      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the full implementation process for new clients and service expansions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
      - Serve as the primary project lead and point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and consulting skills
      - Document and maintain implementation activities to ensure visibility and accountability across projects
      - Drive internal alignment with stakeholders to meet implementation timelines and quality standards
      - Analyze client contracts to ensure alignment with implementation scope and internal capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business-related field; equivalent work experience will not be accepted in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a client-facing onboarding/implementation environment
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level client interaction
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in scoping requirements and managing technical integrations
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Certification
      - Experience in employment verification, unemployment claims, or a related compliance-heavy industry
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities independently
      - Adaptability to change focus quickly and handle stressful situations effectively
