      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead on-site implementation of specialty pharmacy services at new hospital partner locations, ensuring client satisfaction
      - Provide hands-on training to newly hired Pharmacy Technician Liaisons and Pharmacists to ensure consistent service delivery
      - Assess and improve clinic and pharmacy workflows, addressing inefficiencies and implementing best practices
      - Collaborate with clinical teams and external partners to support a patient-centered model of care
      - Monitor implementation progress, track milestones, and report outcomes to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Must be registered and in good standing with any State Board of Pharmacy
      - Current active National Certification verified by PTCB or NHA required
      - Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience; leadership experience preferred
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with specialty therapies such as transplant, hepatitis C, infectious diseases, and oncology
      - Experience with prior authorization submissions and knowledge of the 340B drug program and ACO hospital models
      - Proficiency with systems such as QS1/NRx, EPIC, Salesforce, and CoverMyMeds
