- Lead new client implementations, contract changes, and special projects with customized plans

- Research and learn new technology solutions to enhance project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience or certification related to project management or project coordination
- 1-2 years of experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs
- 1-2 years of experience with information technology
- Personal experience with legal services or litigation support
- 1-2 years of software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of software experience or certification related to Relativity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a reactive, agile project-based environment
- Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts
- Experience in creating effective project documentation
