      POSITION SUMMARY

      The Implementation Specialist will support AirLife by analyzing cross reference data and customer spend against compliance. They will collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders on implementation planning, standardization opportunities, sales presentations, and business reviews. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading implementation discussions with the customer, defining and articulating the best path for the customer to achieve financial targets, and project managing the implementation process both internally and externally.

      SKILLS AND ABILITIES
      • Establishes good working relationships with business owners and supports the sales process of customer agreements.
      • Ability to interpret data and translate findings for internal partners and customers.
      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
      • Experience working with company hardware and software products to make sound financial recommendations.
      • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently deliver customer-facing presentations and participate in calls to discuss solutions, progress, and strategic plans.

      KNOWLEDGE Acquired through education, certifications, training, experience.
      • Proficiency in MS Office Applications required, including intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.

      LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
      • Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Sales.

      LEVEL OF EDUCATION
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.
      • Monitors spend against compliance targets and collaborates with Pricing and Sales teams on how to meet contract goals.
      • Collaborates with key customer representatives and the Sales team to build an implementation/conversion plan.
      • Tracks customer progress against conversion plans and ensures milestones are met.
      • Ensures quality cross reference data is received from and returned to agreement customers and prospects.
      • Assists with creating sales presentations for agreements and monthly business reviews for signed agreements. Includes pulling reports and updating PowerPoint presentations.
      • Logs all customer interactions (emails, calls, meetings) on the opportunity in Salesforce.com.
      • Ensures inventory forecasts are communicated to Supply Chain through the Salesforce.com opportunity and other channels, as required.
      • Identifies standardization opportunities in customer cross files and works with the Sales rep to present to the customer and convert to AirLife Secure products.
      • Reports progress on assigned implementations, challenges, and anticipated conversions/revenue.
      • Coordinates the collaboration of various internal implementation stakeholders and leads weekly/bi-weekly meetings to discuss progress and next steps.
      • Responsible for collaborating with sales team and our customers on AirLife Agreement implementation strategies.
      • Track customer compliance and identify areas of improvement and paths to hitting compliance goals.
      • Assist with developing agreement presentations and business review reporting and presentations.
      • Identify standardization opportunities for our agreement customers with a focus on AirLife Secure products.
      • Shepard cross references through the process and ensure sales process milestones are met.
      • Analyze cross reference data and help formulate a conversion roadmap to simplify the customer experience.
      • Collaborate with the AirLife clinical team to support in-servicing and education requirements for the customer.
      • Function as the project manager for the product conversion.
      • Support in developing new implementation strategies, resources, and tools.
      • Perform in-person or virtual presentations to explain the implementation process to key customers.
      • Responsible for reporting on a weekly basis on implementations, challenges, and new opportunities.
