      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, building rapport and fostering relationships
      - Develop customized onboarding plans based on each client's unique requirements and goals
      - Coordinate and oversee the technical integration process of products or services, addressing challenges in collaboration with technical teams
      - Conduct discovery meetings to uncover clients' business and technical requirements
      - Provide training and support to clients to help them achieve proficiency in using our systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in management information systems or equivalent experience in software, IT, or related fields
      - Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized onboarding experiences
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
      - Willingness to travel to Norcross, GA for quarterly meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales enablement or a similar role
      - Strong technical background that enhances problem-solving capabilities
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for non-technical audiences
      - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Knowledge of best practices in sales enablement and system integration
