 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients post-sales contract, ensuring a smooth implementation process
 - Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and team members to facilitate data gathering and project milestones
 - Configure client accounts in the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records
 - Process payroll for clients during each pay period and handle off-cycle requests and adjustments
 - Provide training and support to clients on HRIS navigation, payroll submission, and reporting needs
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - Minimum of 3 years of payroll implementation experience in PrismHR or 5 years of payroll implementation experience
 - Proficiency in ClientSpace and PrismHR, with experience in PEO implementation and payroll
 - Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel abilities
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and client interaction
 - Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions impacting client operations
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience with payroll processing and implementation in a high-volume environment
 - Familiarity with advanced reporting in HRIS systems
 - Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service position within the payroll industry
 - Knowledge of compliance and efficiency best practices in payroll processes
