What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute scalable deployment plans for healthcare technology solutions
- Lead implementation efforts across corporate, division, and facility levels
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- Coordinate communication across project teams and deliver training sessions to end users
- Share project updates with leadership and contribute to best practices for future rollouts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and presentation skills
- A passion for improving healthcare through technology
- Must live relatively close to a major airport
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare technology implementations preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with training material creation and delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and technology solutions
- Previous roles in project management or coordination
- Understanding of clinical workflows and needs
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
