What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and assimilate customer data to support the movement of goods between international borders
- Coordinate the routing and rating of freight, providing quotes and working with agents
- Prepare necessary documents for import and/or export of client shipments
- Trace shipments and re-route freight as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete export arrangements, including bookings and container arrangements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of administrative work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Access, with a high level of computer program competency
- Some experience in the transportation or customs brokerage industry is desired, but not required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree with two years of experience in transportation and import/export documentation
- Completion of relevant courses such as IATA Dangerous Goods and CFR Export Regulations within twelve months
- CCS certification
