What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support end users of a custom web application environment that includes vehicle technical information
- Manage incoming incidents, tracking, and monitoring
- Support will include phone, chat, and email communication
- Manage dealer licenses of the application
- Manage user details for billing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two or more years of automotive experience
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Understanding of vehicle diagnostic scan tools
- Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Office Products
- Experience with remote access software such as Bomgar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience with contact management phone systems
- Familiarity with web browser menus and tools
- Previous experience using a remote access software
- Completion of technical courses or seminars
