      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct client assessments and develop individualized service plans (ISPs)
      - Provide clinical supervision and training to staff and assistant behavior analysts
      - Maintain regular communication with parents to ensure effective service delivery
      - Oversee intake and discharge planning, including insurance authorizations
      - Coordinate with other service providers for consistent client care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree or higher in a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved field
      - Licensed Behavior Analyst
      - Minimum of one year of successful supervision/management experience
      - At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
      - Ability to maintain professional and ethical standards at all times

      - Experience in leading clinical teams and managing multiple cases
      - Familiarity with electronic client records management systems
      - Participation in continuing education activities related to evidence-based practices
      - Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
