      The Store Coach is the primary training resource for the existing Speedway Store Management and store
      associates. This training will help them successfully transition from BlueCube to RIS 2.0.
      They will develop unique store specific training plans for each Speedway Store locations taking into
      consideration that each store has different sales volumes, operating hours, staffing conditions, tenure,
      level of staff and other factors.

      Responsibilities:

      Manages all aspects of the learning experience, including scheduling, application checks,
      facilitation of RIS 2.0 program, and evaluation of learners
      • Collaborates with and influences Go-first Store Leader and Area Leader to execute all processes to
      standard. Coaches store teams accordingly.
      • Develops deep understanding of RIS 2.0 and Operations specific priorities, challenges, and uses
      this knowledge to translate learner solutions/resolutions.
      • Evaluates store employee performance to determine learning needs or if additional training or
      enhancement is needed.
      • Creates unique store specific training programs based upon the learning needs and training
      deficiencies of each store.
      • Advises trainees of the benefits of RIS 2.0. Coaches and provides feedback to enhance the store
      team’s ability to leverage and execute RIS 2.0.
      • Fosters an environment focused on good customer service, quality and cleanliness standards,
      and ensures execution of 7-Eleven polices and processes.
      • Investigates concerns regarding in-store execution issues and makes recommendations to
      Management regarding opportunities.
      • Advises management of applicable changes/additions and recommends corrective action as
      needed.
      • Coaches/develops Store Leaders on establishing plans to help them achieve goals
      • Plans and implements marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and oversees merchandise
      displays to meet all operational excellence goals
      • Evaluates and assesses core store functions, including ordering, product assortment and
      placement, store environment, and financial performance
      • Ensures that all merchandise programs are implemented, including maintenance of proper stock
      levels, layouts and displays

      Qualifications:

      • Consistently demonstrate 7-Eleven leadership principles and values
      • Independent thinking and development of store specific training plans
      • Ability to travel for long periods of time
      • Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
      • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
      • Strong knowledge of RIS (Must complete a RIS 2.0 Certification)
      • Strong presentation and classroom management skills (Must be comfortable with both large and
      small group facilitation)
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills
