What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles
- High-speed Internet and quiet place to take calls are required (remote position)
- Type 30 WPM or more
- Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role within the self-storage industry
