      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line phone customer care support to life insurance policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
      - Handle inquiries regarding payments, policy information, and claims from policyholders
      - Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet service metrics
      - Develop and maintain knowledge of life insurance products and services
      - Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in remote customer service
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting, multitasking with multiple Microsoft Windows PC applications
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Must pass a drug screen and background check, including education and employment verification
      - Ability to maintain a dedicated, professional workspace conducive to remote customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the life insurance industry handling policyholder inquiries
      - Strong attention to detail and accountability for work product
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
      - Familiarity with technical support procedures and remote work technology requirements
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
