What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners in both English and Spanish, focusing on sales and service
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, and service inquiries
- Create, update, and manage owner records related to complaints and resolutions
- Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies and assist with other business-related tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- High attention to detail and ability to manage daily activities effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

- Experience in a bilingual customer service role
- Familiarity with web-based systems for troubleshooting and customer support
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
