      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners in both English and Spanish, focusing on sales and service inquiries
      - Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals
      - Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log complaints and resolutions
      - Drive owner-focused solutions by responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats
      - Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
      - Strong initiative and the ability to follow through to resolve owner issues
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
      - Ability to work effectively from home in a dedicated, quiet workspace

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a bilingual customer service role, specifically in a home appliance setting
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer systems
      - Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data for problem resolution
