      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve escalated customer service issues and advocate for consumers with internal departments
      - Utilize multiple Windows-based programs and internal applications to manage customer inquiries
      - Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to ensure satisfactory resolutions
      - Collaborate with stakeholders, including technicians and dispatchers, to resolve consumer issues
      - Gather information and provide suggested resolutions to Team Leaders or Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
      - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
      - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working from home
      - Strong passion for helping customers and problem-solving
      - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
      - Ability to manage high-volume calls while multitasking
      - Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
