      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a patient advocate to address questions and concerns regarding CPAP resupply
      - Collect patient information and accurately input data into the e-Intake system
      - Verify product and service eligibility in accordance with regulations
      - Provide basic technical support and education to patients regarding CPAP equipment
      - Manage high volume inbound calls and process related patient paperwork as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong customer service background with effective communication skills
      - Basic computer and internet skills, along with the ability to type
      - Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
      - Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
      - Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
      - Medical terminology knowledge
      - Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
