What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families on senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the company mission
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads while maintaining strong schedule adherence
- Conduct in-depth consultation calls with families to educate them on senior care options
- Facilitate connections between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Work towards daily production benchmarks by scheduling tours and driving move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of a new hire training program
