What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, providing exceptional service aligned with the company mission
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and identify suitable senior living communities and home care providers
- Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to navigate internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of new hire training program

- Experience in customer service or sales within the senior care industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
