What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and match them with appropriate providers
- Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks related to calls and scheduling tours to drive move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems
- Completion of new hire training program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
