      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects, providing information on memberships
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads to sell memberships and related products
      - Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering solutions aligned with their self-defense goals
      - Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and accurately process orders and memberships
      - Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and sales outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service, with a focus on exceeding targets
      - Proven experience in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Must pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided
      - Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
