      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships through phone and chat
      - Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions
      - Maintain expert knowledge of products and share relevant resources as needed
      - Track and document customer interactions, leads, and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training is provided
      - Demonstrated results in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
      - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
      - Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
