  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding monthly sales goals for strategic products such as Voice, High-Speed Data, and TV
  - Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing billing inquiries and service requests
  - Stay updated on promotions, products, and technology to meet or exceed sales goals
  - Regularly attend and be punctual for scheduled work shifts
  - Complete special projects as assigned by the supervisor
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ months of experience in a sales role
  - 2+ years of experience using a PC with various software packages
  - Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
  - Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured environment
  - Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
  - Strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills
  - Understanding of telecommunications products and services
  - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  - Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
