  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting monthly sales goals for strategic products such as Voice, High Speed Data, and TV
  - Maintain and grow the existing customer base through effective service on billing inquiries and other customer requests
  - Stay informed on promotions, products, and technology to exceed sales goals
  - Attend to special projects as assigned by Supervisor
  - Handle inbound calls and manage outbound follow-up funnels
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ months of experience in a sales role
  - 2+ years of experience using a PC with various software packages
  - Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
  - Demonstrated strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills
  - Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured contact center environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
  - Understanding of the telecommunication industry and its products and services
  - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  - Successful completion of classroom training will be required
  - Ability to work overtime with advance notice
