What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute a comprehensive inbound growth strategy
- Own the content strategy, including landing pages, SEO content, lead magnets, and technical resources
- Drive top-of-funnel traffic through SEO, SEM, social media, and community channels
- Create and optimize lead generation flows such as CTAs, forms, and nurture emails
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and enhance conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound marketing, content strategy, and growth
- Proven track record of generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or development tools
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, conversion funnels, and performance tracking
- Proficient with tools such as GA4, GSC, HubSpot, Ahrefs, and CRM workflows
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for technical and product-led content
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building scalable inbound growth channels, ideally in B2B SaaS or development tools
- Familiarity with lead scoring, intent capture, and pipeline creation
- Ability to own reporting, attribution, and optimization independently
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, testing-driven work environment
