      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
      - Handle inbound, pre-screened leads as an inside sales representative while adhering to a scheduled shift
      - Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families to understand their needs
      - Educate families on customized senior care solutions and facilitate connections with appropriate providers
      - Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
      - Proven history of exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to multitask effectively, managing phone calls while taking notes
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
      - Completion of a new hire training program

      - Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Exceptional empathy and communication skills to support families in challenging situations
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
