What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on personalized senior care options and facilitate connections with suitable providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks by scheduling tours and driving move-ins

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of the new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy
