What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, providing an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on tailored senior care options and facilitate connections with appropriate care providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks related to calls and scheduling tours to drive move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Successful completion of the new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or a related field
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with families empathetically
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
