- Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit to meet their individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve sales goals
- Maximize monthly commissions through effective sales techniques
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect with customers effectively over the phone
- Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
