What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage units that fit their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background and drug screening; able to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in a call center environment
