- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to enhance client satisfaction

- Manage inbound calls from customers in need of storage solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or targets
- Flexibility to work some weekends
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
