What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit that fits their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Collaborate with a close-knit team for guidance and support
- Contribute to the team's success and maximize monthly commission
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a remote sales environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for helping others
