What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by reserving storage units that best fit their individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions
- Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commission and performance
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone
- Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Availability to work some weekends
