What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
- Engage with customers through inbound calls to address their storage needs
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commission opportunities
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to support career advancement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Availability to work some weekends
