- Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect effectively over the phone
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening

- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
