What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, providing an exceptional customer experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and facilitate connections with appropriate care providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers to ensure a smooth transition
- Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center environment
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Strong multitasking abilities, with proficiency in taking notes while conversing on the phone
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Successful completion of the new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or familiarity with senior living options
- Strong empathy and communication skills to effectively connect with families in need
