What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options while delivering an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office as an inside sales representative
- Conduct in-depth consultation calls with families to assess their needs
- Educate families on tailored senior care options and connect them with suitable communities or providers
- Drive family engagement by scheduling tours and facilitating communication with care providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including talking on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of a new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for clients' situations
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and demands
