What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
- Handle inbound, pre-screened leads as an inside sales representative while adhering to assigned shifts
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families to understand their needs
- Educate families on customized senior care options and connect them with appropriate providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers to facilitate move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including managing phone conversations while taking notes
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to navigate internal CRM systems
- Successful completion of the new hire training program

- Experience in the senior care industry or related fields
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathetic communication style
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Experience with performance metrics and sales benchmarks
