#### What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assessing customer needs and providing real-time solutions
- Conducting interviews with prospects to uncover insurance needs and recommending appropriate products
- Writing applications for insurance and generating leads with established customers
- Answering incoming customer calls and efficiently resolving inquiries
- Promoting additional products and services and cross-selling during calls
#### What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licenses
- Excellent customer interaction skills in a sales or service environment
- In-depth understanding of insurance products and policy language
- Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 megabits per second)

- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico
