      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and confirm consultations for prospective patients interested in dental implant treatment.
      - Manage a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up to foster productive conversations.
      - Utilize persuasive communication skills to motivate patients toward their dental health journey.
      - Maintain organization by managing multiple tasks, including lead tracking and follow-up.
      - Provide a customer-centric experience by prioritizing clear communication and empathy throughout the process.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior direct B2C sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, phone, or in-person sales.
      - Basic tech literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
      - Availability for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with potential for optional Saturdays.

      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or quotas.
      - Familiarity with dental services or healthcare sales.
