What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers interested in pet insurance policies
- Utilize a consultative approach to tailor insurance solutions to meet customer needs
- Present the value of pet insurance policies and address customer questions or objections
- Maintain call control and guide conversations towards successful enrollment
- Accurately enroll pets in policies, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume business-to-customer sales environment
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty license
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance
- Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
