What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and potentially outbound renewal/enrollment calls to sell products and services
- Provide product information, answer questions, and assist with enrollment and renewal processes
- Process customer inquiries, transactions, and data entry accurately and efficiently
- Develop and process written transactions such as emails, faxes, and other correspondence
- Perform special projects as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a high-volume customer sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong sales, retention, and customer service knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in insurance, warranty, mortgage/real estate, or related industries
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Multiple years of experience in a high-volume sales/retention service environment
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales/retention and service
