      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track key performance metrics
      - Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and performance bottlenecks
      - Deliver recurring reports and insights for business reviews and executive updates
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast capacity and resource prioritization
      - Support new program rollouts and assist with time-sensitive tasks related to incentive submissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4+ years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or project coordination
      - Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, environmental science, data analytics, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating executive-facing presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated interest in clean energy or operational excellence
      - Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
      - Familiarity with energy incentive programs such as RECs and PBIs
