What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply complex federal, state, and local policies to achieve program objectives
- Advise staff on policies and regulations of various Income Maintenance programs
- Make case decisions involving difficult, complex, and sensitive choices for program participants
- Provide testimony at fair hearings
- Support clients and MilES through regular call center/phone work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience performing income maintenance program eligibility determination including the use of CARES and CWW
- Experience auditing or reviewing casework or other information
- Experience serving as job expert in a team setting
- Experience reviewing reports or other materials to identify or investigate errors or inconsistencies
- Completion of mandatory training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience auditing or reviewing income maintenance casework
- Experience using reports, databases, or other validation tools related to income maintenance casework
- Experience interpreting, reviewing, and applying federal, state, and local policies related to economic support programs
