What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational and administrative support, including managing Salesforce records and client/trip-related details
- Ensure quality and consistency of service delivery by following Indagare's standard operating procedures
- Coordinate individual flights for customers in partnership with Altour
- Streamline client communication during the pre-departure phase of trips
- Create itineraries and departure packages for trip participants
- Conduct final checks to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist customers with questions about their upcoming trips
- Process department inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Manage payments and track deposits
- Coordinate transfer arrangements and assist with booking trip segments
- Support the Operations Team in assessing client satisfaction surveys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in hospitality, PR, or event planning
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and solutions-centric mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of trips
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge of Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for travel and concrete understanding of the travel industry
- Previous experience in high-end travel product or services
- Additional knowledge of Salesforce
